国产老板的死法一般有两种比较常见:死在经验上、死在自我膨胀上成功的老板各有不同,而那些曾经辉煌而又不幸挂掉的老板却是差不多。国产老板一般有两种死法比较常见:死在经验上、死在自我膨胀上。当然,从层面来看,也有很多老板是死在外部宏观环境的变化上,例如政策性调整和国际金融环境,或是竞争对手的强力攻击之类。但是,仔细分析整个前因后果,就会发现其实还是没有离开这两个核心。本案例中的李牧,悲观点来说,离公司关门已经不是太远了(若再不及时调整的话)。
