采用微型烧结法系统地研究了蒙古矿烧结基础特性,通过测定配加不同比例蒙古矿的烧结矿强度,利用矿相显微镜观察显微结构和形貌,分析了不同蒙古矿配比条件下各种配矿结构的同化性、液相流动性、铁酸钙生成特性和粘结相自身强度。研究结果表明:60%蒙古矿+20%澳矿+20%自产矿的综合性能最好;56%蒙古矿+17%自产矿+27%巴润矿的次之;40%蒙古矿+8%澳矿+16%自产矿+36%巴润矿的最差。所得实验结论为包钢优化配矿提供了理论依据。
The characteristics of sinter foundation in Mongolia were studied systematically by means of micro-sintering method. The strength of sinter with different proportions of Mongolia ore was determined, and the microstructure and morphology were observed by using the microscope of the mineralogical. With the assimilation of mineral structure, liquid flow, calcium ferrite formation characteristics and bond strength of their own. The results show that the comprehensive performance of 60% Mongolian ore + 20% Australian ore + 20% self-produced ore is the best, followed by 56% Mongolian ore + 17% self-produced ore + 27% 8% Australian ore + 16% of the ore produced + 36% Pakistan run the worst mine. The experimental results obtained provide a theoretical basis for Baotou Steel to optimize ore blending.
