1.前言 石油炼制和石油化工等装置中,在高温高压临氢环境下使用的压力容器很多。处于该环境下的容器材料往往有氢的侵入,经过反复长时间开停工操作之后,容器便会受到氢的损害,我们应考虑到这种损害给压力容器的可靠性所带来的影响。因此制造高水平的压力容器产品无疑是重要的。但为了使长期使用后的容器不致引起品质劣化,故应建立监控和预测系统,必须重视压力容器的高度可靠性。
1. Introduction Petroleum refining and petrochemical equipment, the use of high temperature and pressure hydrogen environment, a lot of pressure vessels. In this environment, the material of the container often has the invasion of hydrogen. After prolonged stoppage operation, the container will be damaged by hydrogen. We should consider the impact of such damage on the reliability of the pressure vessel. Therefore, it is undoubtedly important to create high-quality pressure vessel products. However, in order to make long-term use of the container does not cause deterioration of quality, it should establish monitoring and forecasting system, we must attach great importance to the reliability of pressure vessels.
