在转盘式冲击疲劳试验机上进行了冲击疲劳试验。应用断裂力学及断口照像技术,研究了原始奥氏体晶粒尺寸、韧—脆转变温度及试验温度对淬回火Cr-M。合金钢冲击疲劳裂纹扩展速率的影响(试验用钢原始奥氏体晶粒尺寸在8.3μm~25.4μm范围内变化)。所得冲击疲劳试验结果和非冲击疲劳情况进行了比较。无论是冲击还是非冲击疲劳,当裂纹从辉纹形式扩展时,其扩展速率对奥氏体晶粒尺寸、韧-脆转变温度及试验
Impact fatigue test was conducted on a turntable impact fatigue testing machine. Fracture mechanics and fracture photography were used to study the austenite grain size, ductile-brittle transition temperature and test temperature on quenched and tempered Cr-M. Effect of Impact Fatigue Crack Growth Rate of Alloy Steel (Original austenite grain size of test steel varied from 8.3μm to 25.4μm).
