多元智能理论是1983年由哈佛大学心理发展学家霍华德·加德纳提出的.在教学方面的应用主要体现在教师要改变已有的教学观、学生观等方面.即在教学时要因材施教,关注学生的个体差异,设定不同的目标,使每个学生都能取得更大的进步;在对待学生时,要有赏识的眼光,要把每一名学生都当成一颗金子,只要正确的开发和挖掘就能发现他的闪光点.因此在教学设计和评价时,要面对全体学生,对待学生要公平、公正,让学生在我们的教育智慧下发挥出自己的最大潜力,从而成为更加优秀的人才.
