人物名片王海滨,1996年12月入伍,1999年12月入党,现为某工程维护大队司令部炊事班班长,三级士官,国家级烹饪技师。在2002年总参炊事员技能大比武中荣获第一名;2003年4月获得青岛第二届“东方美食”国际大奖赛特金奖1枚、金奖2枚;2003年11月获得第五届全国烹饪技术大赛金奖1枚,并以总分93.5分的成绩排列全国第二名;2004年4月在北京举行的全国烹饪技术总决赛中,以“蝴蝶踏春”、“金钱燕窝”两道菜品,被中国烹饪协会在人民大会堂宴会大厅授予“全国优秀厨师”称号,先后荣立三等功二次,多次被评为优秀士兵。
