轧制差厚板在汽车轻量化方面展示出巨大潜力,为了推动差厚板在汽车零部件制造领域的应用,以盒形件为研究对象,通过实验和仿真研究了轧制差厚板的成形性能。分析了差厚板几何参数对其成形性能的影响,分别讨论了差厚板盒形件拉深成形极限以及厚度减薄率与差厚板几何参数之间的关系。研究结果表明:轧制差厚板的几何参数对其成形性能有极大影响,成形性能与薄板侧比例、板料厚度差、板料尺寸成反比例,而与过渡区长度成正比例。厚度过渡区偏向薄板侧,较大的过渡区长度、较小的厚度差以及板料尺寸对于获得更好的差厚板成形性能非常有利。
In order to promote the application of the difference plate in the field of automotive parts manufacturing, the box-shaped part is taken as the research object. The forming of the rolling difference plate is studied through experiments and simulations performance. The influence of the geometrical parameters of the difference plate on its formability is analyzed. The relationship between the forming limit and the thickness reduction ratio of the difference plate and the geometric parameters of the difference plate is discussed respectively. The results show that the geometric parameters of rolled thick plate have a great influence on its formability. The forming performance is inversely proportional to the ratio of sheet side, sheet thickness and sheet size, but proportional to the length of transition zone. The tendency of the thickness transitional region to the sheet side, the larger transition zone length, the smaller thickness difference, and the sheet size are very advantageous for achieving better differential thick plate forming properties.
