1994年和1995年分别以油菜杂交种黄杂1号和秦油2号为供试材料,在不同施氮水平条件下研究杂交油菜对氮、磷、钾的吸收、积累和分布。结果指出,全生育期植株氮、磷、钾浓度的变化在不同施氮水平条件下均表现为由高到低趋势,但不同元素之间的这种趋势有一定差别。另外,不同生育期植株氮、钾浓度和生育前期的植株磷浓度随施氮量的增加而增加,生育后期的植株磷浓度却随施氮量的增加表现为降低趋势。在生育后期植株各器官的氮、磷养分向籽粒的迁移性较大,而钾的迁移性相对稳定,且钾在籽粒中所占比例较低。同时,养分的吸收与运转因品种特性的不同存在较大的差异。
In 1994 and 1995, rape hybrids Huangza 1 and Qinyou 2 were used as materials to study the absorption, accumulation and distribution of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in hybrid rape under different nitrogen application rates. The results showed that the changes of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium concentrations in plants during the whole growth period showed the trend from high to low under different nitrogen levels, but there was a certain difference between the different elements. In addition, the concentrations of nitrogen and potassium in plants at different growth stages and the phosphorus concentration in the early growth stage increased with the increasing of nitrogen application rate. However, the plant phosphorus concentration at the later growth stage showed a decreasing trend with the increasing of nitrogen application rate. In the late growth period, the nitrogen and phosphorus contents of organs in the plants were more migrated to the grains, while the migration of potassium was relatively stable, and the proportion of potassium in the grains was lower. At the same time, nutrient absorption and operation due to the different characteristics of different varieties there is a big difference.
