本文观察人工化学合成与重组的复合基因 Pf CMR未纯化抗原与纯化抗原免疫 BABL/ c小鼠的免疫血清 ,对恶性疟原虫在体外生长发育的影响。实验结果显示 ,抗未纯化抗原和抗纯化抗原两种免疫血清对疟原虫体外生长均有明显的抑制作用 ,抑制效果与加入抗血清的浓度及抗体作用的时间有关。随着抗体作用时间的延长 ,抑制效果更明显。当血清稀释度为 1∶ 40 ,1∶ 80 ,1∶ 16 0时 ,未纯化抗原与纯化抗原免疫血清对疟原虫第 2增殖周期 ( 72h)的抑制率分别达 6 7.91%、43.2 8%、2 4.6 3%和 5 8.2 1%、5 2 .2 4%、38.0 6 %。免疫血清作用后疟原虫呈发育不良和虫体皱缩等现象 ,提示可能与复合抗原中的多个保护性抗原位点表达诱导产生了多种功能抗体有关
In this paper, we observed the effects of artificial serum and recombinant antigen Pf CMR unrivaled antigen and purified antigen on immune growth and development of Plasmodium falciparum in BABL / c mice. The results showed that the two kinds of immune serum against unpurified antigen and anti-purified antigen had obvious inhibitory effect on the growth of Plasmodium in vitro. The inhibitory effect was related to the concentration of anti-serum and the time of antibody. With the extension of antibody duration, the inhibitory effect is more obvious. When the serum dilutions were 1:40, 1:80 and 1:16 0, the inhibitory rates of the unpurified antigen and the purified antigen on the second proliferative cycle (72h) of Plasmodium were 6 7.91% and 43.2 8%, respectively. 2 4.6 3% and 5 8.2 1%, 52.24%, 38.0 6%. Plasmodium falciparum immunocompromised malachite growth and shrinkage phenomenon, suggesting that may be associated with the multiple antigen epitopes of multiple antigens induced by the production of a variety of functional antibodies
