对122例患者胸水进行CA-50(糖类抗原50),DNA-P(DNA 聚合酶)、CEA、ADA、SA 同步检测,其中结核性胸水72例,男56例,女16例,年龄19~70岁;癌性胸水50例,男36例,女14例,年龄32~76岁,包括腺癌39例(术后9例),鳞癌8例,间皮瘤2例(1例为心包积液),小细胞未分化癌1例。检测结果:癌性胸水CA-50 40.13±25.20μ/ml,CEA 34.83±38.91ng/ml,ADA18±15.70μ/L,SA430.90±171.31μg/ml;DNA-P3021±604.2CPM,结核性胸水CA-50 4.69±4.79μ/ml,CEA4.46±7.42ng/ml,ADA34.07±18.77μ/L,SA448.44±158.73μg/ml,DNA-P2629±525.8CPM。CA-50、CEA、ADA 检测结果两组相比有显著差异,P<0.001。结
122 patients with pleural effusion were tested for CA-50 (carbohydrate antigen 50), DNA-P (DNA polymerase), CEA, ADA, and SA simultaneously. There were 72 cases of tuberculous pleural effusion, 56 males and 16 females. Age 19 ~ 70 years old; 50 cases of cancerous pleural effusion, 36 males and 14 females, aged 32 to 76 years, including adenocarcinoma in 39 cases (9 cases), squamous cell carcinoma in 8 cases, mesothelioma in 2 cases (1 case Pericardial effusion), small cell undifferentiated carcinoma in 1 case.
