化学防治的形成是人类在长期的农业生产过程中,与有害生物不断斗争的结果,从人工扑杀、物理防治、机械防除到采用农药防治,是人类防治有害生物技术的一大进步,是人类在不断总结防治经验,反复权衡各种防治方法利弊后做出的必然选择。目前化学防治仍是最有效、最经济的方法,尤其是遇到突发性灾害时,尚无任何防治方法能替代化学农药。在今后相当长的时期,使用农药仍将是防治农作物病虫草鼠害的主要措施之一。世界人口的不断增长、可耕地面积数量和质量的下降,有害生物的频繁发生,对稳定和提高粮食生产提出了更高的要求。目前,全球有近十亿人口处于饥饿状态,通过推广高产品种和使用化肥、农药等各项技术措施来提高单位土地面积的产量已显得十分重要。
The formation of chemical prevention and control is the result of the constant struggle between pests and mankind in the long-term agricultural production process. For a long time to come, the use of pesticides will remain one of the major measures to prevent and control pests, diseases and rats in crops. The growing world population, declining number and quality of arable land, and the frequent occurrence of pests have set higher demands for stability and improved food production. At present, nearly one billion people in the world are in a state of starvation. It has become very important to increase the output of land per unit by popularizing high-yielding varieties and using various technical measures such as fertilizers and pesticides.
