以Ni60A、Ti粉和石墨粉为原料,利用感应熔覆技术在16Mn钢基材表面制备出原位自生TiC颗粒增强金属基复合涂层。应用SEM和XRD方法分析了涂层的显微组织。结果表明:复合涂层与基材实现了良好的冶金结合,复合材料涂层由TiC颗粒、-γNi奥氏体枝晶和枝晶间M23C6共晶组织组成;随着Ti+C体积分数的增加,耐磨性增加。复合涂层的磨损机理为显微擦伤式磨损。
In-situ TiC particles reinforced metal matrix composite coatings were prepared on the surface of 16Mn steel using Ni60A, Ti powder and graphite as raw materials. The microstructure of the coating was analyzed by SEM and XRD. The results show that the composite coating has good metallurgical bonding with the substrate. The composite coating consists of TiC particles, austenite-γNi and dendrite M23C6 eutectic. With the increase of Ti + C volume fraction, Increased wear resistance. The wear mechanism of the composite coating is micro-abrasion wear.
