研究了一种制备金属纳米粒子导电膜的新方法self-bank方式。该金属导电层利用self-bank效应自发产生边界。基板上先沉积一层均匀的PMMA作为绝缘层。银纳米颗粒分散在适当的溶剂中形成纳米粒子悬浊液,该溶剂可以同时溶解PMMA。当纳米颗粒悬浊液滴在基板上的PMMA层上时,溶剂溶解掉该区域的PMMA并在该区域的边缘构成导电层的边界,同时改善了金属膜的成膜均匀性和导电性。最后PMMA通过退火去除后,以此形成self-bank的金属导电层。
A new method of preparing self-bank of metal nanoparticle conductive films was studied. The metal conductive layer spontaneously creates a boundary using a self-bank effect. A uniform layer of PMMA is deposited as an insulating layer on the substrate. Silver nanoparticles are dispersed in a suitable solvent to form a nanoparticle suspension, which can dissolve PMMA simultaneously. When the nanoparticle suspension drops onto the PMMA layer on the substrate, the solvent dissolves the PMMA in the region and forms the boundary of the conductive layer at the edge of the region, improving the film-forming uniformity and the conductivity of the metal film. Finally PMMA is removed by annealing to form a self-bank metal conductive layer.
