锥底油罐因其具有良好的聚污性能,在航空油料系统新建油罐中得到了普遍运用。从建设成本和生产发展的角度来看,油罐容积呈向大型化方向发展,这就给我们在控制油料质量方面提出了新的要求。传统的从锥底油罐测量口取样的方式,已经不能满足对油罐中的油料质量进行全面控制的需要。特别是用于给管线加油车供油的锥底油罐,由于回流油料的影响,问题就显得非常突出。为确保油料质量,消除事故隐患,保证飞行安全,本文对锥底油罐的油料质量控制措施加以补充。
Cone bottom tank because of its good sewage collection performance, the aviation fuel system new tank has been widely used. From the construction cost and production development point of view, the tank volume to the direction of large-scale development, which gives us in the control of oil quality has put forward new requirements. The traditional way of sampling from the conical tank measuring port can no longer meet the need for full control over the quality of the fuel in the tank. In particular, conical bottom tanks, which are used to supply fuel for the pipeline truck, are conspicuous because of the effect of backflow of oil. In order to ensure the quality of fuel oil, eliminate hidden dangers of accidents and ensure flight safety, this paper complements the oil quality control measures of cone oil tank.
