采用Ｃ＿（１８）键合相反相色谱方法，样品只经加内标定容后即可进样。ＲＳＤ＜２％。最低检出浓度＜１μｇ／ｍｌ，所测补骨脂素与异补骨脂素的回收率分别是１０２．８％和９９．５％，线性范围分别是１２～２００，１３～２１０μｇ／ｍｌ，相关系数均为０．９９９９。
Using C_(18) bonded reversed phase chromatography, samples can be injected only after internal standard constant volume is added. RSD<2%. The minimum detectable concentration was <1μg/ml. The recoveries of the tested psoralen and isopsoralen were 102.8% and 99.5%, respectively. The linear ranges were 12 to 200 and 13 to 210 μg/ml, respectively. The correlation coefficient is 0.9999.
