采用含药平板法建立烟草黑胫病菌对杀菌剂烯酰吗啉的敏感基线,并测定了2013年从云南省大理州各烟区分离纯化的烟草黑胫病菌菌株对烯酰吗啉的敏感性。结果显示,烟草黑胫病菌的敏感基线为1.4656μg/m L;68个田间菌株对烯酰吗啉的EC50值在0.5857~2.5254μg/m L之间,平均为1.1118μg/m L。表明烯酰吗啉对烟草黑胫病菌的活性较高,大理州烟草黑胫病菌的抗药性风险较低。烯酰吗啉可用于大理州烟草黑胫病的有效防控,但应与其他杀菌剂进行合理的轮换使用。
The sensitive baseline of the fungicide dimethomorph was established by the drug-containing plate method and the sensitivity to dimethomorph was determined in 2013 from the strains isolated from tobacco fields in Dali, Yunnan Province. . The results showed that the sensitive baseline of tobacco blackleg was 1.4656μg / m L. The EC50 values of 68 field strains against dimethomorph were between 0.5857 and 2.5254μg / m L with an average of 1.1118μg / m L. The results showed that dimethomorph had a higher activity against Phytophthora nicotianae and the risk of drug resistance was lower in Dali Tobacco. Dimethomorph may be used for effective control of tobacco black shank disease in Dali Prefecture, but should be rationally rotated with other fungicides.
