从湖北、浙江、河南和福建4省的平菇、香菇、双孢蘑菇和木耳上共采集33个子实体样品,进行了23种农药残留检测。分析结果表明,3.03%样品农药残留量超过欧盟规定标准,27.27%样品农药残留量超过日本规定标准,但没有样品超过我国现行标准。从样品中所检出农药主要是甲氰菊酯、三氟氯氰菊酯、乐果、甲拌磷、甲基对硫磷、马拉硫磷和倍硫磷7种农药。在检测的农药中,倍硫磷在双孢蘑菇、平菇和木耳的7个样品中被检出,三氟氯氰菊酯在平菇6个样品中均被检出,乐果在双孢蘑菇10个样品中均被检出,甲胺磷、久效磷和甲基对硫磷等高毒农药在双孢蘑菇个别样品中被检出,需要引起高度重视。
A total of 33 fruiting bodies collected from Pleurotus ostreatus, Mushroom, Agaricus bisporus and Agaric were collected from Hubei, Zhejiang, Henan and Fujian provinces. Twenty-three pesticide residues were detected. The results showed that 3.03% of pesticide residues exceeded the EU standard, 27.27% of pesticide residues exceeded Japan’s standard, but none of the samples exceeded our current standards. Pesticides detected from the samples were mainly fenpropathrin, cyhalothrin, dimethoate, phorate, methyl parathion, malathion and fenthion seven kinds of pesticides. Among the pesticides tested, fenthion was detected in 7 samples of Agaricus bisporus, Pleurotus ostreatus and Agaricus, Cyhalothrin was detected in 6 samples of Pleurotus ostreatus, and dimethoate was detected in 10 Samples were detected, methamidophos, monocrotophos and methyl parathion and other highly toxic pesticides were detected in individual samples of Agaricus bisporus, the need for attention.
