由于机遇或者其行业大趋势看好的原因,我国企业得以高速向来发展,但是人力资源管理的发展却没有同样得到高速发展,依旧停滞不前。我们可以想象,一架凭着强劲风力与动力冲上蓝天的飞机,在准备展翅翱翔的时候,却发现发动机的马力不足!结果会如何呢?风光只能是昙花一现,衰落却是必然。因而,企业要继续发展就必须加强文化建设,完善企业主要管理职能。
Due to the optimism of the opportunities or the general trend of their industries, our enterprises have been able to develop at a high speed. However, the development of human resources management has not been equally developed rapidly and still stands still. We can imagine that a plane with a strong wind and power rushed to the sky when it was preparing to soaring, but found that the lack of horsepower engine! Results will happen? Scenery can only be short-lived, decline is inevitable. Therefore, to continue the development of enterprises must strengthen cultural construction, improve the main management functions of enterprises.
