目的进一步探讨内皮素(ET)与脑梗塞(CI)的发生、发展的关系。方法采用放免分析法动态观测了95例CI患者血浆ET含量变化。结果(1)CI患者血浆ET水平明显高于对照组(P<0.001)。(2)CI患者血浆ET水平与病灶大小、病情轻重及是否合并其他器官损害有关;与年龄、病灶部位及病灶数目无关。(3)CI患者血浆ET水平动态变化规律为:血浆ET水平在发病后24h内开始升高,4~7天达高峰,半月后明显下降,1月后降至较正常水平稍高,与CI后脑水肿及缺血半暗带的形成时程一致。结论ET在CI的发生、发展及预后中起重要的作用。
Objective To further explore the relationship between the occurrence and development of endothelin (ET) and cerebral infarction (CI). Methods Radioimmunoassay was used to observe the changes of plasma ET levels in 95 CI patients. Results (1) Plasma ET level in CI patients was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.001). (2) The level of plasma ET in CI patients was related to the size of the lesion, the severity of the disease and whether it was associated with other organ damage. The ET level was not related to the age, the location of the lesion and the number of lesions. (3) The dynamic changes of plasma endothelin level in CI patients were as follows: the level of plasma ET began to rise within 24 hours after onset, peaked at 4-7 days, decreased significantly after half a month, slightly lower than normal after January, Cerebral edema and ischemic penumbra formation time consistent. Conclusion ET plays an important role in the occurrence, development and prognosis of CI.
