The 3rd China National Construction System Computer Application Academic Exchange was held on December 3-6, 1986 in Zhuhai City, Guangdong Province. A total of 123 representatives attended the conference, from 22 provinces and cities across the country. After receiving the papers, the conference was selected and compiled into three volumes of thesis publication, a total of 81 articles.
