为了提高大型矿用液压挖掘机的能量利用率,基于液压挖掘机三泵系统的设计思路,提出了一种新的动臂势能回收与再利用系统。该系统的蓄能器回收动臂下放时释放的重力势能,用于上车回转的驱动。对该系统主要元件进行建模,并搭建系统的AMESim仿真模型,仿真结果验证了系统的可行性。搭建系统的试验平台,进行试验测试。试验数据表明:在同等条件下,试验样机同传统液压挖掘机相比,发动机输出功率的波动幅度减小了15%,油耗降低了7.5%。
In order to improve the energy utilization rate of large mining hydraulic excavators, a new boom potential energy recovery and reuse system is proposed based on the design idea of hydraulic excavator three pump system. The accumulator of the system recovers the gravitational potential energy released when the boom is released and is used for driving the turning vehicle. The main components of the system are modeled and the AMESim simulation model of the system is built. The simulation results verify the feasibility of the system. Test data show that under the same conditions, compared with the traditional hydraulic excavator, the prototype of the test prototype can reduce the fluctuation of the output power of the engine by 15% and reduce the fuel consumption by 7.5%.
