以 Ti(i-OC_3H_7)_4/O_2为原料,C_2H_4作光敏剂,以 CW CO_2激光为热解光源,在连续流动反应池中制备了 TiO_2超微粉.对粉体作了 Ti 含量、IR 光谱、XRD、TG/DTA 及 TEM 等项分析表征.初始粉体为分散性好的球形颗粒,较低温度煅烧处理后的粉体仍可保持原有的颗粒形态和分散性,煅烧后的晶形是以金红石为主,并含有少量锐钛矿的混晶.
Ti (i-OC_3H_7) _4 / O_2, C_2H_4 as photosensitizer and CW CO_2 laser as pyrolysis source were used to prepare TiO_2 superfine powder in a continuous flow reactor. The Ti content, IR spectrum, XRD, TG / DTA and TEM. The initial powders were spherical particles with good dispersibility. The powders after calcined at lower temperature could maintain the original particle morphology and dispersion. The calcined crystals were Rutile, and contains a small amount of anatase mixed crystal.
