利用微弧氧化技术对AZ91D镁合金在铝酸盐和锆盐溶液中进行表面陶瓷化处理。采用IM6e型电化学工作站,对微弧氧化镁合金进行电化学稳态电流/电位极化曲线测量以及塔费尔斜率测量。通过电化学测量对微弧氧化镁合金的腐蚀行为进行分析。结果表明:镁合金经微弧氧化处理后,点蚀的发生受到限制,镁合金微弧氧化试样的腐蚀电流较原始试样降低4~6个数量级。镁合金微弧氧化试样的耐蚀等级均达到耐蚀以上的等级。
The surface ceramic treatment of AZ91D magnesium alloy in aluminate and zirconium salt solution was carried out by micro-arc oxidation. Electrochemical steady-state current / potential polarization curve measurement and Tafel slope measurement of micro-arc magnesium oxide alloys were performed using an IM6e electrochemical workstation. The corrosion behavior of MAO alloy by electrochemical measurement was analyzed. The results show that the occurrence of pitting corrosion is limited when the magnesium alloy is treated by micro-arc oxidation. The corrosion current of the magnesium alloy micro-arc oxidation sample is 4 to 6 orders of magnitude lower than that of the original sample. The corrosion resistance of micro-arc oxidation of magnesium alloy samples have reached the level of corrosion resistance.
