无论航空企业处于何种发展阶段,绩效管理对于提升企业的竞争力都具有巨大的推动作用,进行有效绩效管理都是非常必要的。绩效管理对于处于成长期企业而言尤其重要,没有有效的绩效管理,组织和个人的绩效得不到持续提升,组织和个人就不能适应残酷的市场竞争的需要,最终将无情的被行业淘汰。充分发挥绩效考核在监督控制、规范管理、有效反馈、持续改进等方面的作用,可以不断提升员工、公司部门工作业绩,确保完成公司经营目标,实现公司战略发展规划。本文以笔者所在单位山航收益管理部为例,粗浅地谈谈绩效考核发挥的实效。
Regardless of the stage of development of aviation companies, performance management plays an important role in promoting the competitiveness of enterprises. Effective performance management is necessary. Performance management is particularly important for companies in the long-term. Without effective performance management, the performance of organizations and individuals cannot be continuously improved. Organizations and individuals cannot adapt to the needs of cruel market competition, and ultimately will be ruthlessly eliminated by the industry. Give full play to the role of performance appraisal in the aspects of supervision and control, standardized management, effective feedback, and continuous improvement, and can continuously improve the performance of employees and company departments, ensure the completion of the company’s business objectives, and realize the company’s strategic development plan. This paper uses the revenue management department of Shandong Airlines as an example to talk about the effectiveness of performance assessment.
