随着中学教师学历达标任务的完成,教师培训工作的重心由学历补偿教育转向了教师的继续教育。在教师继续教育工作中,骨干教师的培训应放在重要的位置,而中青年骨干教师的培训又应是重中之重。因为,中青年骨干教师是教师队伍中的中坚力量,其各方面素质的提高,会对整个教师队伍起到不可低估的示范和辅导作用;并且对他们自身来讲,可以向更高层次的目标迈进,进而成为本学科的带头人。因此,搞好中青年骨于教师的培训工作是教育学院的一项新的重要任务和课题。本文现就培训工作中的几个主要环节谈一点粗浅的认识。
