本文对TC11两相钛合金初始组织为魏氏组织的试样进行了各种温度、应变速度下的等温压缩试验,得到了应力应变曲线,并观察研究了不同变形参数下的金相组织。根据高温应力应变曲线研究了该组织在高温时的流动特性;由金相观察分析了热变形参数对形成组织的影响规律,讨论了不同温度区的变形机理。这些研究成果对正确设计锻造工艺参数以控制产品的金相组织和机械性能有实际的指导意义。
In this paper, the isothermal compressive tests were carried out on the specimens of the initial microstructure of TC11 two-phase titanium alloy with Wiesmannian structure at various temperatures and strain rates. The stress-strain curves were obtained and the microstructures under different deformation parameters were observed. According to the high temperature stress-strain curve, the flow behavior of the microstructure at high temperature was studied. The influence of thermal deformation parameters on microstructure was analyzed by metallographic observation, and the deformation mechanism in different temperature regions was discussed. These research results have practical guiding significance for the correct design of forging process parameters to control the microstructure and mechanical properties of products.
