目的 观察天麻醇提物对旋转诱发小鼠运动病的影响。方法 利用转椅进行角加速度旋转来诱发运动病,观察小鼠进食量、自主活动度及在方形水迷宫中学习记忆空间辨别能力及天麻醇提物对其的影响。结果角加速度旋转后能引起小鼠厌食、自主活动降低及在方形迷宫中出现空间辨别障碍。天麻醇提物能提高旋转后小鼠的自主活动度,改善厌食症状,提高旋转后小鼠在水迷宫中的空间辨别能力。结论 天麻醇提物能改善旋转诱发小鼠运动症状。
Objective To observe the effects of alcohol extract of Gastrodia elata on the motion sickness induced by rotation in mice. Methods Rotational acceleration of the swivel chair was used to induce motion sickness. The food intake, the degree of voluntary activity, the ability of learning and memory in square water maze and the effect of alcohol extract of Gastrodia elata on the mice were observed. Results Rotation of angular acceleration induced anorexia, decreased autonomic activity and spatial discernibility in square maze. Gastrodia alcohol extract can increase the degree of autonomic mobility of the rotated mice, improve the symptoms of anorexia and improve the ability of the mice to rotate in the water maze. Conclusion Gastrodia alcohol extract can improve motor symptoms induced by rotation in mice.
