An English-style old building was lifted by a hill wrapped in a solitary hill over the Yangling Chenglingji Harbor on the edge of the Yangtze River. She caught in the cracks between modern buildings and the road, the outer wall mottled mildew, around the ground is littered with garbage, clinker; the building is dark and damp, wooden staircase overcrowded. In 2002, a reporter from a local Hunan media portrayed the picture he read in the article. This “old age bell”, can not afford to have almost forgotten with the small house of history, but it is the earliest Hunan Customs location.
