以M200型摩擦磨损实验机为基础,保留了M200试验机的加载和传动部分,在上试样轴端联接磁滞制动器作为牵引负载,研制了一种牵引滚动摩擦磨损实验装置;辅以计算机和可编程控制器组成的测试部分能够自动测量摩擦界面的摩擦系数和滑移率。该实验装置对研究牵引滚动摩擦机理和评价牵引滚动摩擦材料的摩擦学性能具有一定的实践意义。
Based on the M200 friction and wear testing machine, the loading and driving parts of the M200 testing machine were retained. A hysteresis brake was attached to the upper end of the sample as a traction load. A traction rolling friction and wear testing device was developed. The test section of the programmable controller automatically measures the friction coefficient and slip rate of the friction interface. The experimental device has certain practical significance for studying the traction rolling friction mechanism and evaluating the tribological performance of the traction rolling friction material.
