加强经济管理,注重经济效果,要在科学运用资金上下功夫。这就是说要按照有计划按比例发展的需要,合理运用资金,并着重研究以下问题:1、流动资金结构。就是要研究在企业全部流动资金中,商品(产成品、原材料)资金,非商品资金,结算资金的比重关系。商品资金,非商品资金和结算资金,从商业企业来讲都是商品流转过程中必须占用的资金,全国平均商品资金占流动资金总额的比重在80%以上。所以,在资金管理中商品资金的管理是流动资金管理的重点。企业要在保证商品流转顺利进行的前提下,尽可能压缩非商品资金
