研究了气相氯化法从钨粗精矿中挥发多金属的影响因素。研究结果表明:稀盐酸可以适当地提高钨品位,并可以除去40%的钙;钨粗精矿经过盐酸预处理后,主要元素的氯化挥发率高于未处理精矿。最佳氯化工艺条件为:温度700℃,保温时间1h,活性碳用量为原矿的20%,在此条件下还原氯化,钨的氯化挥发率大于99%,钼、锡的氯化挥发率大于97%;同时,铁、铝挥发率也较高,导致氯化物中的铁、铝含量较高;氯化残留矿样为熔融的盐状,结块严重。
The influencing factors of volatilization of multimetal from crude tungsten concentrate by gas phase chlorination method were studied. The results show that dilute hydrochloric acid can improve the grade of tungsten and remove 40% of the calcium. The chlorination volatility of the main elements is higher than that of the untreated concentrate after pretreatment with hydrochloric acid. The optimum conditions of chlorination were as follows: the temperature was 700 ℃, the holding time was 1h, the amount of activated carbon was 20% of the original ore, the chlorination was reduced under this condition, the volatilization rate of tungsten was more than 99% The rate of more than 97%; the same time, iron, aluminum volatility is also higher, resulting in chloride in the iron, aluminum content is higher; residual chlorinated mineral samples for the molten salt, caking serious.
