随着经济体制的改革深化以及制度创新与产品创新的推进,中国证劵市场已经逐步进入成熟阶段,我国证劵市场对于我国经济的推动作用也日益凸显。近年来,在宏观经济的波动以及股票市场的低迷等因素的影响之下,我国证劵行业的整体盈利正在下降,而我国证劵业也正处于创新转型的阶段,如何能够促进证劵市场的发展,从而推动我国经济的发展,成为了一个值得思考的问题。本文将浅显的分析证劵市场的发展现状与发展前景,以便于证劵行业能够在自身与监管机构的共同合作下,完成我国证劵行业的创新转型。
