目的探讨肩关节镜术后患者拔除尿管的最佳时机。方法 60例行肩关节镜手术患者,随机分为A组与B组,每组30例。A组于全身麻醉清醒后即刻拔除导尿管,B组于术后12 h拔除导尿管。比较两组患者拔管膀胱刺激征症状、第一次排尿情况。结果 A组患者发生膀胱刺激征症状患者比例明显少于B组,自行排尿成功率高于B组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肩关节镜手术患者全身麻醉清醒后即拔除尿管,可明显减轻膀胱刺激征等不适症状。
Objective To investigate the best timing of removing catheter after shoulder arthroscopy. Methods Sixty patients undergoing shoulder arthroscopy were randomly divided into group A and group B, with 30 cases in each group. In group A, the catheter was removed immediately after general anesthesia awakening, and in group B, the catheter was removed 12 h after operation. Comparing the two groups of patients extubation bladder irritation symptoms, the first urination. Results The incidence of bladder irritation symptoms in group A was significantly less than that in group B, and the success rate of spontaneous urination was higher in group A than in group B (P <0.05). Conclusion Patients with shoulder arthroscopy who underwent general anesthesia to clear the catheter can obviously relieve symptoms such as bladder irritation.
