与抗原一并给与机体,能增强机体对抗原的免疫反应的物质称为佐剂(adjuvant)。具有佐剂活性的物质很多,大体可分为四类:细菌、细菌菌体成分、真菌成分及化学物质。随着分枝杆菌及其亲缘微生物佐剂活性成分化学结构的阐明,对具佐剂活性的亚单位进行了化学合成,进一步对这些合成物进行结构改造,逐渐建立了人工调节免疫反应的方法,产生了佐剂工程学(adjuvant engeneering)。研制具有选择性的抗肿瘤活性的佐剂是佐剂工程学的主要课题。本文将介绍应用卡介菌细胞壁骨架物质(BCG-CWS)和它的相关物质的佐剂工程学及其在肿瘤免疫治疗中的应用。
With the antigen given to the body, can enhance the body’s immune response to antigens called adjuvant (adjuvant). A large number of substances with adjuvant activity can be broadly divided into four categories: bacteria, bacterial cell components, fungal components and chemical substances. With the elucidation of the chemical structure of the active ingredients of mycobacterium and its relative microorganism adjuvants, the subunits with adjuvant activity were chemically synthesized, the structural transformation of these compounds was further carried out, and a method of artificially regulating the immune response was gradually established. Adjuvant engeneering was created. The development of adjuvants with selective anti-tumor activity is a major issue in adjuvant engineering. This article presents the adjuvant engineering of BCG-CWS and its related substances and its application in tumor immunotherapy.
