机车有些故障看起来奇怪,实际上并不奇怪。只要机手在学好机器的理论知识同时,养成善于分析故障的习惯,把学到知识运用到实际中去,故障原因便不难找到。下面通过几个故障实例来说明这一问题。 一、“奇怪的”不能启动现象 一台武进产1100型柴油机,熄火后不能启动,加大油门摇转曲轴,无喷油声。检查油箱不缺油,油路中也无空气。拆卸高压油泵,清洗后装复,压动滚轮体,供油正常,但装车后喷油器还是不喷油。为此,怀疑是喷油器针阀烧死,将喷油器从缸盖上拆下,喷头朝外,大油门摇转曲轴,仍无油喷出。但将喷油器装到别的车上,喷
