基于硅光技术的光片上网络具有高带宽、低能耗等优点,已成为突破片上电互连网络瓶颈的有效解决方案.基于传统Mesh和Fat Tree的优势,提出了一种新的片上光互连系统结构,设计了该结构的拓扑布局、扩展方式以及路由算法等.从时延、吞吐以及能耗等方面与现有的著名网络拓扑BFT,FT和Mesh进行比较,仿真结果表明,新结构在时延吞吐性能以及成本开销等方面具有优势.
