大湘南旅游发展的新机遇,结合决定着网络型合作模式是大湘南旅游产业发展最佳模式,要实现网络型合作模式良性运行,就必须找到不同利益主体的动力源,通过合作协调机制完善来有效实现规模经济和范围经济的合作,针对“大湘南”旅游圈发展过程中出现的以及可能出现的问题,必需因地制宜地制定出推进“大湘南”旅游圈良性发展的政策。
