10~(-13)~10~(-9)mol/L的去甲肾上腺素(norepinephrine,NE)体外作用时能促进人外周血单核细胞(monocyte,Mon)的抗原提呈功能(APF)。PKC激活剂PMA和抑制剂4α-PDD分别能加强和抑制NE对Mon的APF的促进作用;异搏定能抑制NE的这种作用,而PKA的抑制剂PKI对NE的这种作用无影响。结果提示NE促进Mon APF的机制可能涉及到Ca~(2+)和PKC,而与PKA无关。
The effect of norepinephrine (NE) of 10 ~ (-13) ~ 10 ~ (-9) mol / L on the monocyte monocyte antigen (AP) . PKC activator PMA and inhibitor 4α-PDD, respectively, can enhance and inhibit the promotion of NE on Mon APF; Verapamil can inhibit this effect of NE, and PKA inhibitor PKI NE has no effect on this effect. The results suggest that NE promotes Mon APF mechanism may involve Ca ~ (2+) and PKC, and has nothing to do with PKA.
