本文叙述了用熔盐氯化法处理攀枝花高钙镁钛渣(CaO+MgO>10%)扩大试验研究。在内径φ290mm熔盐氯化炉内曾连续试验171小时,TiO_2氯化率达到99.1%,证实了熔盐氯化法是处理高钙镁钛渣的有效方法。
This paper describes the experimental study on the treatment of Panzhihua high calcium magnesium titanium slag (CaO + MgO> 10%) by molten salt chlorination. In the φ290mm diameter molten salt chlorination furnace had continuous test 171 hours, the rate of TiO_2 chlorination reached 99.1%, confirming the molten salt chlorination is an effective method to deal with high calcium magnesium slag.
