目的:探讨金银花的显微特征常数与其化学成分的相关性。方法:采用容量分析方法测定金银花粉末中的花粉粒、非腺毛的显微特征常数值,采用高效液相法对金银花中指标性成分绿原酸进行含量测定,用统计方法对得到的两组数据进行相关性分析。结果:金银花中花粉粒、非腺毛的显微特征常数与绿原酸含量均有显著相关性。结论:测定金银花的花粉粒及非腺毛的显微特征常数值,可作为其药材质量控制的手段之一。
Objective: To investigate the correlation between the microscopic characteristic constants of honeysuckle and its chemical constituents. Methods: The volumetric analysis method was used to determine the microscopic characteristic constants of pollen grains and non-glandular hairs in Honeysuckle powder. The content of chlorogenic acid in Honeysuckle was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. Two groups Data correlation analysis. Results: The microscopic characteristic constants of pollen grains and non-glandular hairs in honeysuckle were significantly correlated with the content of chlorogenic acid. Conclusion: The determination of the microscopic characteristics of pollen grains and non-glandular hairs of honeysuckle can be used as one of the means to control the quality of medicinal materials.
