目的:探讨金威消石颗粒对大鼠肝肾及凝血功能的影响。方法:健康SD大鼠40只,雌雄各半,随机分为金威消石颗粒高、中、低剂量组及空白对照组,分别经胃灌注不同浓度的金威消石颗粒混悬液和蒸馏水,12.5mL/kg,每天2次,每周给药6天,连续3月。然后经腹腔动脉取血1mL,检查肝肾功能和凝血酶原时间(PT)。结果:与空白对照组比较,金威消石颗粒低剂量组大鼠血浆白蛋白降低(P<0.05),中剂量组碱性磷酸酶增高(P<0.05),但均在正常范围内,无明显生物学意义。各剂量组大鼠血浆转氨酶、肾功能及PT与空白对照组比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论:金威消石颗粒给药3月对大鼠肝肾及凝血功能未产生明显不良反应。
Objective: To investigate the effects of Jinwei Heshi Granule on liver, kidney and blood coagulation in rats. Methods: Forty healthy male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into high, middle and low dose groups of Jinwei Xiaoshi granule and blank control group. The rats were randomly divided into four groups: , 12.5mL / kg, 2 times a day, 6 days a week for 3 consecutive months. Then 1 mL was taken from the celiac artery to check the liver and kidney function and prothrombin time (PT). Results: Compared with the blank control group, the serum albumin of rats in the low-dose Jinwei Heshi Granules group decreased (P <0.05) and the levels of alkaline phosphatase in the middle-dose group increased (P <0.05), but both were within the normal range Obvious biological significance. There was no significant difference in the plasma aminotransferase, renal function, PT between PT group and blank control group (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Jinweixiaoshi granule administration in March did not produce obvious adverse reaction on rat liver, kidney and coagulation function.
