团身前滚翻是各级各类学校体操基本教材之一,也是向前滚翻类的“先导”动作,其“先导”作用在于能否掌握前滚翻的正确技术。团身前滚翻的动作规格是:“蹬地前滚时有直腿过程,滚动要圆滑。”它依次以手、头后部、背、腰、臀着地,以二脚蹬地所获得的支撑反作用力为动力来完成向前滚翻。过早或过迟的屈膝团身都有碍于该动作的完成。在实际教学过程中,采用“当背部着地时,屈膝团身(如图1②-⑤)的动作要领,为时过早。因此,学生往往易产生三种不良结果。一是过早的屈膝团身,不利于两脚完成充分的蹬地动作;二是过
