48岁的周女士因为乳腺癌术后5年,左侧肢体乏力入院。入院时不能行走,左手不能持物,生活不能自理。经头颅MRI检查确诊为“乳腺癌脑多发转移”,脑内最大病灶5×6cm。请放疗科会诊,给予全脑姑息性放疗,DT40GY。放疗结束后复查脑部MRI提示：“脑内病灶变化不大”。后经科内讨论后给予健择+顺铂+赫赛汀治疗,6程化疗后复查脑部MRI提示：“脑内病灶明显缩小,由原来5×6cm缩至2×1cm”。患者左侧肢体乏力消失,可以如正常人行走和持物。至目前已经随诊三年,
Ms. Zhou, 48 years old, was admitted to hospital because of left limb weakness after 5 years of breast cancer surgery. Can not walk on admission, the left hand can not hold things, life can not take care of themselves. The diagnosis of “multiple metastasis of breast cancer brain” was confirmed by cranial MRI. The maximum lesion in the brain was 5 x 6 cm. Please consult your radiotherapy department and give palliative whole-brain radiotherapy, DT40GY. After the end of radiotherapy, the MRI of the brain reexamined: “The lesions in the brain did not change much.” After the discussion in the department, the patients were treated with Gemz + cisplatin + Herceptin. After 6-course chemotherapy, the brain MRI showed: “The lesions in the brain were significantly reduced from the original 5 × 6cm to 2 × 1cm.” The patient’s left limb was weak and could walk and hold as normal.
