目的为了解煤矿粉尘接触和人群脂质过氧化水平。方法检测煤矿粉尘接触量和人群脂质过氧化水平。结果矿井巷道和采煤面粉尘浓度低于国家标准,装渣、放炮作业和各工种一次最高浓度均超国标。除矿井出风口外,地面各监测点可吸入粉尘均在容许范围。粉尘接触人群SOD活性降低,井下工人MDA增加,吸烟者更显著,煤工尘肺患者两项指标同时提高。结论提示煤尘接触引起人群脂质过氧化代谢紊乱,紊乱程度和粉尘接触量有关,吸烟是促进因素
Objective To understand coal mine dust exposure and population lipid peroxidation levels. Methods To detect dust exposure and lipid peroxidation in coal mine. Results The concentration of dust in coal mine roadway and mining face was lower than the national standard. The highest concentration of loading dust, blasting operation and each type of work exceeded the national standard. In addition to the mine outlet, the ground can be inhaled dust at all monitoring points are within the allowable range. Dust exposure to lower SOD activity, downhole workers increased MDA, smokers were more significant, coal workers pneumoconiosis both indicators increased at the same time. Conclusions suggest that coal dust caused by lipid metabolism in people with metabolic disorders, disorders and dust exposure, smoking is a contributing factor
