从江苏、河北、上海等地采集的水稻恶苗病病株上分离到抗多菌灵和感多菌灵的F.moniliforme菌株,从7个地点选择抗、感多菌灵(MBC)菌株各1个,比较抗、感菌株在菌丝生长、产孢、胞外酶活力和对水稻致病力方面的差异。结果表明,在离体条件下抗性菌株的菌丝生长速率、产孢量和产孢密度都显著低于敏感菌株。芽鞘浸渍接种试验表明,抗性菌株对武育粳3号、苏御糯的致病力显著低于敏感菌株,对盐粳2号的致病力也低于敏感菌株,但差异不显著。抗性菌株与感性菌株产生的胞外酶(纤维素酶、半纤维素酶、PG果胶酶)活力虽无显著差异,但敏感菌株产生的胞外酶活力稍高于抗性菌株产生的酶活力
The anti-carbendazim and carbendazim-resistant F were isolated from the diseased rice plantlets from Jiangsu, Hebei and Shanghai. moniliforme strain. One strain of antimicrobial susceptible (MBC) strain was selected from seven locations. The antimicrobial resistance and susceptibility of the susceptible strains to mycelial growth, sporulation, extracellular enzyme activity and virulence to rice were compared. The results showed that the mycelial growth rate, sporulation rate and sporulation density of resistant strains were significantly lower than those of the sensitive strains under in vitro conditions. Inoculation tests showed that the pathogenicity of the resistant strains to Wuyujing 3 and Suyu Nuo was significantly lower than that of the susceptible strains, and the pathogenicity of Yanjing 2 was lower than that of the susceptible strains, but the difference was not significant. Although the activity of extracellular enzymes (cellulase, hemicellulase, PG pectinase) produced by the resistant and susceptible strains was not significantly different, the extracellular enzyme activity of the susceptible strain was slightly higher than that of the resistant strain vitality
