X射线是一种波长范围在0.01纳米到10纳米之间的电磁辐射形式,频率很高,具有很强的穿透能力,能透过许多对可见光不透明的物质,可用于医学成像诊断和治疗。由于X射线波长很短,因此能产生干涉、衍射现象。X射线的这种衍射现象对研究金属和合金的晶体结构具有重大的应用价值,可谓X射线的一大“潜能”。威廉·劳伦
X-ray is a form of electromagnetic radiation with a wavelength in the range of 0.01nm to 10nm. It has a high frequency and strong penetrating power. It can penetrate many substances that are opaque to visible light and can be used for medical imaging diagnosis and treatment. As the X-ray wavelength is very short, it can produce interference, diffraction phenomenon.
