内生真菌的代谢产物能提高植物对病害的抵抗力,利用其作为生防因子进行植物病害的防治是一种有效的生物防治途径.以拟南芥为材料,研究内生真菌拟茎点霉属(Phom opsis sp.)S4菌株发酵产物对植物抗病相关基因PDF1.2和PR-1表达水平的影响,并通过盆栽试验评估其对菌核病的防治作用,借助扫描电子显微镜观察S4菌株发酵产物对核盘菌侵染拟南芥的影响.结果显示,S4菌株发酵产物可以诱导拟南芥抗病相关基因PDF1.2和PR-1持续增量表达.除了提高植株抗性,S4菌株发酵产物对菌核病有一定的防治效果,能致使核盘菌丝出现皱缩、塌陷等畸形现象,且预防效果明显优于治疗效果.提前喷洒S4菌株发酵产物能对核盘菌菌丝造成更大程度的损伤,在更大程度上阻碍其侵染进程.本研究表明,拟茎点霉属S4菌株发酵产物能诱导被病菌侵染的植株产生更强的抗性反应,并且对菌核病有一定的防治效果.
