本文研究了合理缩短45钢件在箱式炉中淬火加热时间。采用在试样上焊接热电偶的方法以显示试样表面温度,实现了淬火温度下的零时间保温,观察了在盐水中淬火试样的表面显微组织,测定了试样的表面硬度及其横截面上的硬度分布。试验结果表明,零时间保温试样的淬火质量不次于传统工艺的淬火质量。在试验数据的基础上,还提出了在试样尺寸变化条件下,为实现零时间保温的加热时间计算公式τ=(0.14(1/D)+0.31)K·D((1/D)=1~3)。采用零时间保温以取代传统工艺在工艺上是可行的,并具有节能的效果。
This paper studies a reasonable shortening of 45 steel quenching in a box furnace heating time. The method of welding the thermocouple on the sample is adopted to display the surface temperature of the sample to achieve the zero-time thermal insulation under the quenching temperature. The surface microstructure of the sample quenched in salt water is observed and the surface hardness of the sample and its Cross section hardness distribution. The test results show that the quenching quality of the zero-time thermal insulation sample is not inferior to the quenching quality of the traditional process. Based on the experimental data, the calculation formula of heating time to achieve zero-time heat preservation under the condition of sample size change is also proposed. Τ = (0.14 (1 / D) +0.31) K · D (1 / D) = 1 ~ 3). The use of zero-time insulation to replace the traditional process is technically feasible and has energy-saving effect.
