一、人事档案管理中公民享有的知情权不足带来的问题人事档案长期以来奉行的是内向型、封闭性管理模式,处于维护人事档案真实性、准确性、保密性等方面因素考虑,人事档案是不向本人开放的。所以多数公民难以接触到人事档案,无法了解档案记载的内容。
I. Issues Caused by Inadequate Information Right for Citizens in the Management of Personnel Files The personnel files have long followed the pattern of introverted and closed management. They are under the consideration of the authenticity, accuracy and confidentiality of personnel files. The personnel files Is not open to myself. Therefore, it is hard for most citizens to have access to personnel files and can not understand the contents of archives.
