目的:研究细胞周期蛋白依赖性激酶抑制因子(cyclindependentkinaseinhibitor,CDKI)p21WAF1/CIP1在膀胱移行细胞癌中表达情况,并探讨p21WAF1/CIP1表达与膀胱移行细胞癌临床病理指标的相关性。方法:应用S-P免疫组织化学方法检测91例膀胱移行细胞癌(其中包括TaG1期膀胱移行细胞癌15例)p21WAF1/CIP1蛋白表达情况,并探讨p21WAF1/CIP1表达与膀胱移行细胞癌的分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移、TNM分期等的相关性。结果:膀胱移行细胞癌p21WAF1/CIP1阳性表达率为48.4%(44/91);其中高、中分化的膀胱移行细胞癌p21WAF1/CIP1阳性表达率为58.5%(38/65),低分化为23.1%(6/26),组间差异显著(P<0.05);p21WAF1/CIP1阳性表达率TaG1期膀胱移行细胞癌为93.3%(14/15),T1+T2期为52.1%(25/48),T3+T4期为17.9%(5/28),3组间差异显著(P<0.05);TNM分期Ⅰ~Ⅱ期膀胱移行细胞癌p21WAF1/CIP1阳性表达率为57.4%(35/61),Ⅲ~Ⅳ期为30.
Objective: To investigate the expression of cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor (CDKI) p21WAF1 / CIP1 in bladder transitional cell carcinoma and to investigate the correlation between the expression of p21WAF1 / CIP1 and the clinicopathological parameters of bladder transitional cell carcinoma. Methods: The expression of p21WAF1 / CIP1 protein in 91 cases of transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder (including 15 cases of transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder in TaG1 stage) was detected by S-P immunohistochemistry. The expression of p21WAF1 / CIP1 in bladder transitional cell carcinoma , Depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis, TNM staging and so on. Results: The positive rate of p21WAF1 / CIP1 expression in bladder transitional cell carcinoma was 48.4% (44/91), and the positive rate of p21WAF1 / CIP1 in high and moderately differentiated bladder transitional cell carcinoma was 58.5% (38/65) (P <0.05). The positive rate of p21WAF1 / CIP1 in transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder was 93.3% (14/15) in the stage of TaG1, T1 + T2 stage (P <0.05). The positive rate of p21WAF1 / CIP1 in transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder (TNM stage Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ) was 52.1% (25/48) The positive rate was 57.4% (35/61) and the stage Ⅲ ~ Ⅳ was 30.
